This place is fantastic! The location is amazing, right in the heart of everything. Plus, the staff are so friendly and always happy to help. The room was very clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The free wi-fi was also a great perk. I also loved the pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
Highly recommend this venue to everyone.

Clean, comfortable apartment with Netflix, great WiFi, and a view of the city and Port Melbourne. Spacious bathrooms with moody lighting, and included washing powder for the washing machine and dryer. Staff, especially Ivy, were attentive and fulfilled expectations. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with a train station nearby and everything within walking distance. It is also easy to catch the free tram to Southbank, providing easy access to various attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with great views of the city. The staff is attentive and provides excellent service, even allowing guests to securely store their bags after check-out. The hotel provides all the necessary appliances and clean bedding.
The wifi service can be quite poor, requiring guests to rely on their own data.

Great location, only a short walk from public transportation and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with necessary amenities. The apartment also provided a portacot without any additional charge.
The check-in process was confusing and located in a small room with limited visibility. The noise level was high, making it difficult to sleep due to the thin windows.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities, including the gym and spa, were great.
